At Harel, each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for the client’s space, requirements, and design specifications. As a result, our refund and cancellation terms differ from standard retail policies.

We encourage clients to review all project details carefully before confirming an order.

All bespoke furniture, custom commissions, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.

This is due to the personalised nature of each piece, including material allocation, design preparation, and craftsmanship dedicated specifically to your order.

To initiate production, a deposit is required. This deposit confirms your order and secures production capacity, materials, and scheduling.

Once an order is confirmed:

• The deposit becomes non-refundable after production begins.

• Any balance payments are due according to the agreed project schedule.

Clients may request cancellation within a short review period prior to the start of production.

Once production has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of the work and commitments already made to materials and fabrication.

In the case of non-custom or ready-made items (if offered), return eligibility will be specified at the point of purchase and may be subject to inspection and condition requirements.

We take great care in ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Where applicable, we will offer:

• Repair of the item

• Replacement of affected components

• Or another appropriate resolution

Issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or normal material ageing are not covered.

As natural materials are used in many Harel pieces, variations in tone, texture, and finish are expected and form part of the uniqueness of each object. These are not considered defects.
