Harel is a furniture and design house specialising in thoughtfully crafted furniture, objects, and bespoke commissions.

References to "Harel", "we", "our", or "us" throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to the business operating under the Harel brand.

• Bespoke furniture commissions

• Tailored design services

• Interior and project-based collaborations

Availability of products and services may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update products, materials, finishes, specifications, or services at any time.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and imagery are presented accurately.

However:

• Colours may vary between screens and physical materials.

• Natural materials may display variations in texture, grain, tone, and appearance.

• Dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

• Handcrafted elements may exhibit subtle differences between pieces.

Such variations are considered normal characteristics and are not defects.

Projects undertaken through Harel Tailored or any bespoke service are subject to individual consultation, quotation, and approval.

Once a bespoke design, specification, material selection, or production plan has been approved by the client, responsibility for those selections rests with the client.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for the client and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has commenced.

Additional project-specific terms may apply to bespoke commissions and shall take precedence where applicable.

All quotations are valid only for the period stated within the quotation document.

Prices may change without notice due to fluctuations in:

• Material costs

• Supplier pricing

• Import duties

• Transportation costs

• Currency exchange rates

A quotation is considered accepted only when confirmed by both parties and any required deposit has been received.

Payment terms will be communicated during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposits are required before production begins.

• Production will not commence until the required deposit has been received.

• Outstanding balances must be settled according to the agreed payment schedule.

Harel reserves the right to suspend production, delivery, or services until payment obligations have been fulfilled.

Production timelines provided by Harel are estimates only.

While every effort is made to meet communicated timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Material availability

• Supplier delays

• Manufacturing schedules

• Logistics disruptions

• Regulatory or customs procedures

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Estimated lead times do not constitute a contractual guarantee of delivery date.

Delivery services are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate access to the delivery location

• Accurate delivery information

• Suitable installation conditions

Harel shall not be liable for costs resulting from inaccurate site information, restricted access, failed delivery attempts, or unforeseen site conditions.

Cancellation, refund, and return requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Made-to-order, bespoke, customised, and specially commissioned products are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.

Any exceptions remain entirely at the discretion of Harel.

Where applicable, warranty information will be provided at the time of purchase.

Warranty coverage does not extend to:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use or handling

• Neglect or lack of maintenance

• Accidental damage

• Modifications performed by third parties

• Natural ageing of materials

Clients are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to:

• Product designs

• Photography

• Renderings

• Illustrations

• Text

• Logos

• Graphics

• Visual assets
