Object S02 is designed as a contained experience, a seat that holds, rather than simply supports.
The form is conceived as a continuous outer shell, wrapping seamlessly from backrest into armrests. There are no breaks in the silhouette, only a single, resolved volume shaped with intent. The curvature is generous and thick, creating a sense of quiet enclosure.
Upholstered in a deep aubergine boucle, the surface introduces a different kind of richness, one that is felt before it is seen. The texture absorbs light, revealing subtle variation across the curved form, while maintaining a matte, grounded presence.
A cylindrical metal base sits beneath, slightly withdrawn but still present, anchoring the softness above with a precise, architectural contrast.
